Telehealth Psychology Services for Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness & Women’s Health
I’m Sophie O’Dwyer, a Clinical & Health Psychologist and Co-Founder of Paced Health.
I support people living with chronic pain, persistent health conditions, trauma and burnout to better understand their bodies and nervous system, make sense of difficult experiences, and reconnect with a life that feels meaningful, manageable and aligned with their values. My approach is compassionate, practical and grounded in evidence, helping you develop strategies that create lasting change.
At Paced Health, we believe that recovery is about more than symptom reduction. Through collaborative, whole-person care, we aim to help people move beyond surviving and towards living well.
I also provide professional supervision for psychologists seeking to develop their skills and confidence in pain psychology.
My hope is that our work together serves as a launch pad to help you feel more confident managing your pain or health condition and empowering you to build a rich and meaningful life long after therapy ends.
Acknowledgment of Country
I acknowledge the Kombumerri people of the Yugambeh language region, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I work and live. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
