Telehealth Psychology for Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness & Women’s Health

I’m Sophie O’Dwyer, a Health & Pain Psychologist offering Telehealth consults Australia-wide.

I support people living with chronic pain, health conditions, trauma and burnout to understand their bodies, settle the nervous system, and rebuild a life that feels manageable, purposeful and values-aligned. My approach is practical, validating, and grounded in evidence, helping you make sense of what’s happening and find practical strategies that lead to meaningful change.

I also offer professional supervision for psychologists seeking to develop skills in pain psychology.

My vision is for you to use our sessions as a launch pad for you to feel more confident manage your chronic pain or health condition and live a meaningful life long term.
